Your privacy matters

MatchCopilot uses your information only to operate the app and provide the features you request.

We do not sell your personal data or use it for targeted advertising.

What we process

We may process your account email and authentication information, MatchCopilot Profile, dating preferences, uploaded photos and screenshots, match information, chat text, and the results created for you.

We may also process limited device, security, crash, subscription and feature-usage information to operate, protect and improve the service.

How AI and profiling are used

AI is required to improve dating profiles, analyze matches, and create or review messages.

Automated profiling is used only to deliver the MatchCopilot result you request. MatchCopilot gives suggestions only. You decide what to do.

Content sent through our AI APIs is not used to train general-purpose AI models. Limited technical or security logs may be kept temporarily, as explained in the full Privacy Policy.

Photos and other people's information

Photo analysis checks presentation details such as whether your face is clear, lighting, framing, expression and photo variety.

MatchCopilot does not use facial recognition or create biometric identifiers.

Screenshots and chats may contain information about another person. Upload only content you are allowed to use.

Where data is processed

Data may be processed in the United States and the European Union by providers that host MatchCopilot and process the features you request. MatchCopilot LLC may also access limited data from Georgia for administration, support, security and legal compliance.

How long we keep data

Your MatchCopilot Profile, preferences, screenshots, photos, matches, chats and analysis results are kept until you delete them or deactivate your account.

When you deactivate your account, this content is deleted from active user-facing systems immediately.

For up to 30 days, we keep a limited account record — such as account email or identifier, authentication record, plan and reset dates, and credit-usage information — for account recovery, security, subscription integrity and prevention of repeated misuse of free plans. It is then deleted unless longer retention is legally required.

Your privacy rights

You may ask us to provide access to your personal data, correct it, delete it, or provide a portable electronic copy, subject to applicable law and appropriate verification.

Delete account and data

Use Settings → Deactivate account to delete your Profile, screenshots, photos, matches, chats and analysis results from active user-facing systems immediately.

The limited 30-day account record described above is kept only for the stated recovery, security, subscription-integrity and free-plan misuse-prevention purposes.

No sale, targeted advertising or unrelated profiling

MatchCopilot does not sell personal data, does not use it for targeted advertising, and does not use automated profiling for purposes unrelated to the MatchCopilot features you request.
