MatchCopilot Child Safety Standards
1. Adult-only service
MatchCopilot is intended only for adults aged 18 and over. People under 18 may not create or use a MatchCopilot account.
2. Prohibited child-safety content and conduct
Users must not use MatchCopilot to create, request, upload, store, analyze, transform, distribute, promote, or facilitate content or conduct involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child. Prohibited activity includes, without limitation:
- CSAM or any sexual depiction of a minor, including real, altered, synthetic, AI-generated, or computer-generated material;
- grooming a child for sexual activity or sexual exploitation;
- sextortion, sexual blackmail, or coercion involving a child;
- trafficking or solicitation of a child for sexual purposes;
- sexualized requests, conversations, roleplay, instructions, or generated content involving minors;
- content that encourages, normalizes, facilitates, or provides instructions for CSAE; and
- attempts to evade safety controls relating to child protection.
3. Uploaded screenshots and user-provided content
MatchCopilot lets users submit information and screenshots for analysis. Users must not upload CSAM or other material that sexually exploits or endangers a child. If content may involve a minor in a sexual or exploitative context, do not upload it to MatchCopilot.
4. Reporting child-safety concerns
Child-safety concerns relating to MatchCopilot may be submitted through the support/reporting option available from within the app. You may also contact our designated child-safety point of contact at publishing@matchcopilot.app.
If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement or the appropriate emergency service in your jurisdiction.
5. How MatchCopilot responds
When MatchCopilot obtains actual knowledge of suspected CSAE or CSAM associated with the service, we may take appropriate action consistent with these standards and applicable law. Actions may include restricting or terminating accounts, removing or disabling access to prohibited material where applicable, preserving information where legally required, and cooperating with lawful investigations.
6. Reporting to authorities
MatchCopilot maintains a process to report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or another appropriate regional or national authority when required by applicable law, and to respond to valid requests from competent authorities.
7. Enforcement
Violations of these standards may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access to MatchCopilot. We may also take other actions required or permitted by law.

Google Play and other competent parties may contact MatchCopilot regarding CSAE or CSAM prevention, enforcement, and compliance at publishing@matchcopilot.app.
